Our students are those with the desire to merge creativity and a deep passion for precious stones. We offer the ideal platform for new industry learners to acquire both valuable artistic and business skills to succeed in a fast-growing market.
In many parts of the world, there is extraordinary natural beauty in the ground beneath our feet, just waiting to be unearthed and shared with the world. At Lovin' On Rock, we have been transforming precious and semi-precious stones from raw materials to beautiful works of art for decades.
Using imported stones from Madagascar, we have mastered the process of combining fine hand-working techniques with creativity to make and distribute a wide range of sought-after treasures.
Our academy is built on a curriculum that combines hands-on and theoretical training in eight critical steps to transform stones from source material to a polished final product. We have developed this process over decades of careful work with ammonites and precious stones throughout our global subsidiary network.
These steps include an understanding of the right materials, how to extract and clean them ahead of basic shaping, and then carefully forming and polishing each piece into a beautiful design.
Our stones are sourced from Madagascar, which is recognized as among the best in the world for ammonites and other stones.
We have a proud 29-year history in the industry with a dedicated founder who has been a pioneer since 1994 in the field of minerals and fossils exports from Madagascar to North America, Europe, and the UAE. Mrs. Marie Rasoarinoro's extensive background and expertise as the owner and manager of the original Madagascar Ammonite Export Company and its four global subsidiaries have guided our course offerings for those interested in becoming future licensed precious stones and ammonites distributors throughout the US.
Since 1994, we have exported ammonite, a unique product from Madagascar. Since 2005, our team has worked with other minerals and fossils to diversify the full range of products.
SEAM has exported its products around the world in regions such as the US, Europe, and Asia. In 2011, we opened an office in Arizona, followed by France, the UAE, and most recently, Canada. Our products are diversified and treated with care by our team, and the finished products are of interest to a broad range of clients from all over the world, including artisans, jewelers, collectors, and individuals.
Our US academy is a step towards supporting significant interest in a growing market. We welcome future industry employees as well as other stone specialists and distributors who are interested in learning our proven transformation processes and gaining valuable industry knowledge through our decades of experience.
